Iā€™m an in-network provider with Blue Cross Blue Shield. If you have another insurance, you will want to call and ask about out-of network benefits. This means you would pay for therapy and depending, you may be reimbursed for a certain amount by your insurance company. I am happy to provide you with a receipt to submit to your insurance company.

Questions to ask when you call your insurance company to find out more about your benefits:

-Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
-What are my out of network mental health benefits?
-Do I have a deductible? How much of that deductible have I already met?
-Do I have a copay or coinsurance? What is it?
-What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
-How many therapy sessions does my plan cover?
-How much does my insurance pay for an out-of-network provider?

Yes. If you are seeking therapy for your child, both guardians/parents will both need to agree to therapy services. I do not have any after school hours open at this time.
