Areas of Experience

Self acceptance is one of the greatest gifts you can give yourself and others.

When you accept what has been or what has happened, you loosen your tight clench on limitations, grudges, and beliefs that hold you back. There is also space for accepting others without the need to fix or change them. Through the work of self acceptance, you also have an opportunity to release and shift patterns that no longer serve you. Here are several areas that I have experience in:

  • Depression
  • Trauma
  • Anxiety and panic disorder
  • Mood disorders
  • Divorce struggles with children/families
  • Eating disorders and body imagine
  • Survivor of abuse
  • Work/school related issues
  • Sleep issues/insomnia
  • Grief
  • Brain Injuries
  • Bullying
  • Conflict resolution
  • ADD/ADHD
  • Developmental disabilities/cognitive impairments/learning disabilities
  • Shame resiliency
  • Suffering from perfectionism
  • Adjustments/ life transitions
  • Mindfulness and developing coping skills
  • Fears that hold you back
  • Obsessive compulsive

Release and shift patterns that no longer serve you.
